We have extensive experience in interviewing participants and non-participants in energy efficiency programs. We understand the challenges of collecting data to support evaluations of these programs, particularly when a limited number of participants must be interviewed. 

Led by Paul Schroeder, the National Center for Energy Research can suggest creative, thoughtful, and cost-effective approaches for qualitative or quantitative research studies. We welcome projects that might challenge other firms, including studies with tight time frames or large sample sizes, as well as studies requiring advanced analytics and complex sample designs.

We customize each study to our clients' needs—from questionnaire design, to CATI programming and testing, to data analysis and reporting—while being mindful of budget constraints. Our five telephone centers and corps of executive interviewers allow us to meet even the most difficult project schedules without sacrificing research quality.
